Why Have I Not Been Eating English Muffins?

I recently bought some english muffins after I saw a friend do it.  They are fantastic, why have I not been buying them?  Did I forget how versatile they are?  Toast and put a little butter on them?  Add grape jelly? Fry some eggs and make homemade eggmcmuffins?  Once the salmonella scare dies down?  With a cup of coffee?  Freshly ground beans?  From a new coffee pot?  I have a total boner for breakfast lately.
