The imgross.org Civil Reenactment planning committee has been hard at work for the better of the past year. The first annual reenactment is set to be held at Oz Park in Lincoln Park, Chicago in the Spring of 2012. After a careful personnel selection process, the committee has decided the following positions are available:
1.) Union Fiddlist
2.) General Confederate Foot Soldier
3.) Confederate costume/makeup artist
Applicants must have a large or full mustache and a penchant for pants with suspenders. They should preferably have a heavy drinking problem and knack for the theatrics. The only exception to these guidelines is the Confederate costume/makeup artist position, in which case the applicant needs only a nice rack and/or bum.
Donations for the event can now be dropped off at 1710 W Warren Chicago, IL. For a $500 donation, one will receive a gently used imgross cotton t shirt and a commemorative fine oak plaque autographed by the imgross CEO himself.
Don’t miss out on this once in a lifetime event.
