A lawyer for Olympic and world champion runner LaShawn Merritt says the American has accepted a provisional suspension after testing positive for a banned drug. The American sprinter took the over the counter male enhancement drug, Extenze.
If this suspension sticks, it puts Merritt in jeopardy of not being able to defend his Olympic crown in the London 2012 Games.
Apparently, Jimmy Johnson has some influence in this world.
