Authorities searched famous bicyclist Floyd Landis’s home expecting to find information on steroids or computer hacking but instead were shocked to find renowned local psychiatrist Judith Fessbeggler chained to an engine block in the garage. A spokesman for the FBI stated that Landis and associate J.D. Mcnugent had kidnapped Fessbeggler in a last ditch effort to renew a lost friendship with high school friend Darren Silverman. Landis and Mcnugent are both currently at large. Pictures of the suspects are posted above.
