Ludacris’s new song “How Low” is quickly climbing the Billboard Hot 100 chart by using synthesized chipmunk voices on the hook leaving the hip hop community confused and disoriented. When reached for comment old school M.C. Tech 9 said… “The days of Tupac and Biggie are long gone; I mean chipmunk voices in a number 1 song, who could have ever imagined.”
It seems as though Tech 9 is not the only M.C. who is confused by the use of chipmunk voices in Ludacris’s new song, Louisiana rapper Percy Miller, better known as “Master P,” is attempting a come back by inserting Dolphin sounds all over his new record. “Shit Maaaan, who knows what White America wants dese days, I spent years rhymen bout crack and hoes and had a lot of success, dese days its takes something mo though, like high pitched rodent voices, I mean, how did dat boy train those things to sing? ” “Maaan sometimes I think dis game has just passed me by whodie.””…shiit I mean does anybody even say “whodie” anymore?.. daaamn man… get out of my house!”
