non smokers want restitution

A Dallas woman has filed a lawsuit seeking six figures from a former neighbor and landlord for damage she says was caused by cigarette smoke wafting through adjoining walls of her high-end townhome.

Cary Daniel and her mother Chris Daniel no longer live in the townhome, and said they need to wear respirators and goggles when they return to the townhome to retrieve their belongings.

holy god. hard to even know where to start with this one. i mean imagine if either of these two skanks was your wife or girlfriend, how embarrassing. if they are gonna make this big of a deal out of wafting cigarette smoke imagine how terrible sex with them would be. they would probably make you wrap your entire body in foil with a cut out hole for your penis that would have to be covered by two condoms. what’s the likelihood of ever getting a blow job from one of these girls? would she take the gas mask off during sex? imagine if you drank a beer in front of her or ate some greasy food…shed probably sue you!
