monday, the los angeles county district attorneys office wants to have roman polanski extradited to face charges that he sexually assaulted a 13 year old three decades ago. in case anyone does not know the situation, polish weirdo and occasional filmmaker roman polanski is wanted in hollywood for the assault, which happened approximately 30 years ago, 8 years after his wife, sharon tate was murdered along with their unborn child by the manson family. polanski has since made numerous films including the pianist which he won the academy award for best director. im sorry, i dont sympathize with sexual predators or rapists one bit, but 30 years in exile seems like decent time to think about what you did. also, i cut the guy a little bit of slack seeing as his wife and unborn child were brutally stabbed to death by one of the most notorious serial killers of the 20th century. i might not be too mentally stable if that happened either. im sure the 13 year old was distraught in 1977, but worse happens to girls on casting couches in hollywood in 2009. the extradition could lead to an international incident involving secretary of state hillary clinton getting involved. this is what we are focusing on right now-health care, two wars, bad economy, nuclear testing, NAH FUCK IT, LETS GET POLANSKI!!!
oh, i forgot to mention the victim has asked the judge on numerous occasions to drop the charges.
