Wrigley Field is gross. Been there at least 50 times over 50 years and it only gets worse. Dirty, smelly, and hard to get to. The players hate it, the fans over 40 hate it, the Ricketts will hate it.
Build a state of the art field with all the amenities, replications and PARKING, so it can be enjoyable all the time. Not just when in your seat.
