Number 24 has been retired by former minor league AAA affiliate the Ottawa Lynx in honor of former standout FP Santangelo. I have a real problem with this since Santangelo went on to admit to using HGH. Despite the fact that the Ottawa Lynx no longer exist and Santangelo is an obscure ballplayer at best, I demand that something be done. When will the government step in and at the very least try to ruin Santangelo’s reputation, career, and life? I guess were just going to let people like FP Santangelo be remember in posterity despite his blatant disregard for the rules.
