| alright idiots, lets just calm down. in their 2nd preseason game this year, the chicago bears put together a solid win over a perennially tough new york giants team saturday. yes- jay cutler looked good. yes- matt forte looked good. yes- the defense held eli manning’s offense to just 3 points. just remember it is still the preseason. im not saying its not ok to be excited about the team or the upcoming season. it just isn’t ok to panic last week when they lost to a shitty bills team then proclaim them superbowl bound after winning the second preseason game. right now you the fans are acting like a stupid girl in an abusive relationship. “look at how great he is” “how can you do this to me” “he can change” “i see potential here”. the nfc north is looking like it may be one of the tougher divisions to play in this year with the addition of an actual quarterback in minnnesota and another year of experience for aaron rodgers. so lets just wait and see how the first couple games play out before blowing our wad. oh, and if, when it gets cold out, you declare it to be “bear weather”, expect a kick in the solar plexus.
