You may be asking: who the hell is Joe Orsulak? I will tell you. Joe Orsulak is an obscure major league journeyman who played for the Pirates, Orioles, Mets, Marlins, and Expos, between 1983-1997. So why does my dad hate Joe Orsulak? Because he was a White Sox killer in 1991. In 9 games, Orsulak hit a smooth .359 with 3 doubles, a triple, a homerun, 6 RBI, and 6 runs scored that year against his beloved Sox. He scored a crucial run in a game on August 12, 1991, just two days before my old mans birthday, that saw Bobby Thigpen blow a save (He saved 57 that year). The Sox ended up losing and my pop has hated Orsulak ever since. So for my dad: Fuck you, Joe Orsulak!
