I recently asked a physician why I seem to get so many ingrown hairs inside my nose.  He bluntly asked me if I do cocaine.  Since I don’t, I told him no.  He then told me there must be something that is causing friction inside my nose.  I asked if my finger counted.  The problem with ingrown hairs inside my nose has not subsided
